Gary delivered a 3 day first aid training course to staff at Twin Group in London in January 2018. He immediately created an environment in which everyone felt comfortable asking questions and sharing their own experiences. The course had a good balance of theory and practice and at the end of the course I felt confident to carry out first aid at work and in my daily life.
I invited Gary back to Twin Group in June 2018 to deliver a half day training session to our summer centres management team, who run residential camps for juniors around the country. The content was very much tailored to our specific context and Gary managed to fit all of the essential information into the short timeframe. The participants reported that the course was delivered in an engaging and entertaining manner which helped to make the content memorable. I have invited Gary back to deliver the same course in 2019.
