I wanted to express my delight regarding the first aid course myself and Charlie attended. Firstly, I was thrilled at how friendly and welcoming the course was. Gary put all attendees at ease quickly and there was a very positive, uplifting vibe across the room.
Gary was extremely informative, his friendly and vibrant character still shone through his extensive knowledge and it was clear he was very experienced and professional whilst creating a light atmosphere within the room.
The course was held in a private room within a fantastic coffee shop. Having lunch provided during the day was a lovely bonus, the food was excellent and it was clear Gary had worked hard to find the best location to hold the course. This was just another part of the day that highlighted the quality of the course where it was clear Gary had paid attention to every detail.
I now feel, after attending our first aid course that I would be able to provide first aid when it is needed in a calm manner and that I gained a lot of knowledge that can be applied to different situations. I have also discussed the course with my colleague who attended, who thoroughly enjoyed the day, whilst feeling she had greatened her knowledge of first-aid. I had previous first aid training, whilst my colleague was new to first aid. Both of us at the end of the day had gained a huge amount of confidence in this field. I would highly recommend this course for anyone needing first aid training, whether its a refresh or new to the field.
