Yes! Although we use in most cases associate trainers, all are vetted prior to delivering our courses. As a basic requirement all trainers must have a current (clean) DBS certificate, up to date liability insurance, Training certificate such as Cert.Ed, PGCE, PTTLLS 3 or equivalent. The trainer must also evidence their knowledge in the subject matter that they are delivering, in some cases this requires the trainer to have a level of certification above that they are delivering or as in most cases the trainer has a working knowledge of the subject. For example Fire Safety courses are delivered by current or retired Fire service members or First Aid courses being delivered by medical practitioners such as Paramedics or Nurses.
