Specifically for the Training industry, there has been and will be a severe impact on our ability to function as normal.
The guidance we have received from the relevant bodies at this time is that faced to face trainer operations are shut down for the interim.

Our trainer safety and wellbeing is of great importance to us. As such, our trainers will be working remotely. We have software in place to support our clients and will be increasing our online learning facilities so you can continue to receive top class training from the safety of your home
Cancellations and rebookings
You, our valued customers are also vital to our success in these uncertain times. We understand that there may be occasion to cancel/alter dates of appointments with us. As such, we have the following policy in place:

For customers that have already booked and paid for training with us, this will get transferred to a later course. If you are unable to attend the later date a full refund will be issued or credit towards to the next available course.
